Put down that donut! Plant foods are way better for your gut. By eating more fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds you can keep your gut in check.

The more you move, the more movement you'll get! Regular exercise has been shown to improve symptoms of poor gut health, like constipation.

Pick yourself up off the couch today! Regular weight training can help lift your mood and raise your chances of maintaining good gut health. 

More time in bed tonight could mean less time on the toilet tomorrow!
